Tips For Healthy Skin

Having healthy and clear skin always puts me in a better mood, but sadly I don't always have it. 

Here's some tips to help take care of your skin:

-Don't eat too much fatty/greasy food
-Take all of your makeup off before bed
-Exfoliate and moisturize
-Stress doesn't actually cause breakouts, it's just buildup of dirt, oil, and other stuff on your face
